Laughlife specialises in laughter yoga programs, and also offers laughter yoga training programs for those who want a deeper understanding of the ways laughter impacts physical, spiritual, emotional and social health. Participants are provided with key skills and hands on experience on how to lead laughter yoga sessions.
Programs are facilitated by Ros Ben-Moshe who was recently featured on ABC TV News Breakfast for her innovative 'Laugh out Loud' program in multiple Aged Care facilities and was also on The Project (Channel 10) and The Age online for a unique laughter yoga program with dialysis patients at Monash Health. She is a highly qualified and experienced health promotion professional who has developed programs based on her three passions: laughter, happiness and wellness.
