Laughlife has been facilitating and delivering wellbeing programs for over 10 years to diverse groups, specifically designed to enhance enhance wellbeing, reduce stress and improve energy.
Laughlife specialises in laughter yoga programs, and offers laughter yoga training programs where participants are provided with key skills and hands on experience on how to lead laughter yoga sessions. Laughlife has also been a leader in laughter yoga research leading the way in demonstrating the multiple health benefits of laughter, as seen in recent studies in dialysis patients, aged care residents and nursing home staff.
Laughlife provides a range of inspirational and highly respected programs suited to aged care facilities, schools, universities, hospitals, corporate, non-corporate and community groups. Laughlife programs and are great fun.
Programs are facilitated by Ros Ben-Moshe who was recently featured on ABC TV News Breakfast for her innovative 'Laugh out Loud' program in multiple Aged Care facilities and was also on The Project (Channel 10) and The Age online for a unique laughter yoga program with dialysis patients at Monash Health. She is a highly qualified and experienced health promotion professional who has developed programs based on her three passions: laughter, happiness and wellness.
